- How do IPO investors evaluate technology risk in cleantech companies? Is there any appetite for technology or scale-up risk among IPO investors in the prospective IPO candidates that they will consider?
- What are the issues unique to cleantech companies that have received government funding or loan guarantees in the context of the IPO process or prospective life as a public company?
- How have the rules applicable to public companies changed in recent years as a result of recent SEC rule changes?
