Renewable energy is taking off in Brazil. The recent wind tender will be followed soon by a tender for more wind, biomass and small hydroelectric projects. Biofuel facilities are attracting large-scale investment from both within Brazil and overseas concerns. However, such a grand strategy for changing and expanding a nation’s energy portfolio requires attracting large amounts of private financing and investment.
The “Brazil Renewable Energy Finance & Investment Summit”, will bring leading wind, biomass and hydroelectric project developers together with investors, lenders, equipment suppliers, construction contractors and other key industry players to share their perspectives on the latest innovations and developments in the renewable project finance and investment market.
