The staff at Delta-T custom designs every project with its unique business plan in mind. Delta-T has commercialized the High Efficiency Dryer (HED), which captures and recycles water and energy; its part of the dryer emissions solution by destroying a significant amount of its own VOCs. Delta-T’s grain fractionation system, DST, can be retrofitted onto an existing facility and transforms it into a biorefinery with additional co-products while reducing the process’ energy and water needs. The design features of a Delta-T plant have the smallest environmental footprint and high performance details that reduce maintenance, improve reliability and operability.

Cereal Process Technologies is an industry leader that provides Corn Dry Fractionation technology to the dry grind ethanol industry. The CPT proven, patented corn milling process produces three products - DDC, germ and bran. DDC (degermed, debranned, corn) is a high starch feed for the ethanol plant. Germ and bran are high value coproducts. CPT provides a turnkey fractionation facility for the customer that is placed upstream of the ethanol plant. Corn from storage is conveyed to the plant and the three products leave the facility as DDC, germ and bran. The ethanol plant achieves higher throughput and better performance because the DDC contains more fermentable starch and less nonfermentables. The plant runs more efficiently because much of the fat and fiber is removed prior to the ethanol plant. CPT has recently started up a 49 mm bushel/yr fractionation plant at the Renew Energy Ethanol facility in Jefferson, WI.
