ABOUT THE EVENT
North America's ports and intermodal infrastructure require significant new investment to meet the skyrocketing demand being generated by dramatic growth in trade volume. As the port and intermodal communities appraise their options for financing this new investment, they are also re-examining their historic business models and exploring the advantages of working with private investors. At the same time, private investors have come to recognize that ports are sound investments and are looking for opportunities to support the financing of port and intermodal infrastructure expansion. The North American Port & Intermodal Finance & Investment Summit will bring together port authorities, terminal operators, shipping lines, railroads, shipping companies, infrastructure funds, and financial players.
