Lear & Lear was founded in 2001 by brothers Jon and Phillip Lear. Together they envisioned a new kind of law firm. One dedicated to serving clients with high quality, cost effective legal services tailored to each client’s needs. When they opened their doors to the historic Downey Mansion in 2002, Lear’s three attorneys served clients throughout the Rocky Mountain West. As a small boutique firm, they were nimble enough to adjust to market forces and client needs while maintaining deep expertise in the field of oil and gas.
