Through a differentiated, hands-on approach, we make clean energy transfers accessible and effortless for our clients, while also improving economics. We give access to buyers, provide full-wrap insurance, execute the diligence, bundle projects to get economies of scale and take care of the entire transaction process.

Similarly, we enable corporations to buy fully-vetted and fully-insured tax credits from clean energy developers, through a seamless and fully taken care of process. We have closed multiple transactions already, with buyers ranging from Fortune 100s, to Multinational Corporations, to PE-backed "Mid-caps" and have over $500M of tax credits available on our platform.
