Lanyard policy

For the safety and security of all ERCOT Power NEXT participants, all sponsors and attendees are required to wear the official show lanyards provided at registration.

  • Identification & Access: The official lanyards are part of our event’s security system. They allow event staff and security personnel to easily identify who is authorized to be in specific areas.
  • No Substitutions: Personal or branded lanyards may not be used in place of the official show lanyards. Wearing unofficial lanyards can delay access at checkpoints and may result in being stopped by security.
