How do I book my guest room?
Register for the event before booking your room. Your registration confirmation email will arrive immediately after registration and include instructions for reserving your guest room.
I am having issues reserving my guest room with the link provided in the registration confirmation email.

Is there a waiting list at the hotel for guest rooms?
The hotel does not offer a waiting list. Please contact the hotel directly to check availability.
Is the hotel full yet?
Infocast does not have access to hotel inventory or occupancy information. Please ask the hotels directly about available rooms.
The host hotel room block is full and no rooms are available.
Registered attendees should check their confirmation email for partner hotels and contact those properties about availability. If they are also full, consult the nearby hotels listed on the Venue & Travel page. That list is not exhaustive; other accommodations are available throughout the Phoenix area.
