Jacobs has extensive NEPA experience, including with BOEM and was the lead author on the South Fork Offshore Wind Project Construction and Operations Plan. Jacobs was also the Department of Energy’s third party NEPA contractor for LEEDCo’s Project Icebreaker offshore wind farm in Lake Erie.
