We will kick off the Summit on Sunday, March 15th at 4pm with Opening Remarks by the Summit Chair. We will cap off the evening with a Welcome Reception at 6:20pm in the Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom Exhibit Hall.

Sponsor exhibits will be located in the Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom Exhibit Hall and the McArthur Ballroom Foyer.
Many sponsors are scheduled to hold private meetings and social functions throughout the duration of the event. Infocast will not have a schedule of the meetings, so please check with each company directly for the meeting location and times.

Discounted event parking is available at the Arizona Biltmore. The discounted rates will be programmed into the payment machine at the garage exit.

The rate remains the same for day time parking as it does for overnight parking.

For the safety and security of all attendees, only registered participants with a valid event badge will be permitted access to event areas, including conference sessions, networking spaces, and hotel food & beverage outlets. Badges must be worn and visible at all times while on the premises.
Event security reserves the right to verify credentials and deny access to anyone without proper identification. Please do not share or transfer badges, as they are non-transferable and required for entry.
